In this project, the WD Close team assisted in the development of the North Sea Catcher Field through the fabrication of mid water arches. Each vessel was pressure-tested, and FAT and SAT tests were carried out to ensure safe operation.
This contract was for the fabrication of an integrated deck for an offshore pipe laying vessel. The most significant challenge in this project was ensuring the sliding operation of the deck worked smoothly and efficiently.
Providing a bespoke frame system, carriage and sheave for a client in the marine sector. This project was a collaborative effort with machine shops situated across the North East and North West of England.
Fabricating a piling template to the client’s required conditions and parameters. This project was carried out from design to completion in-house across both WD Close sites.
